Ontario International Airport (ONT) provides direct flights to and from Taipei, Taiwan (TPE), Guadalajara, Mexico (GDL), and San Salvador, El Salvador (SAL), making it a convenient option for international travelers heading to or from Irvine. For ground transportation, ride-share services like Lyft and Uber are available. After collecting your luggage, use the app to request a ride and follow the “Ride-Share Pick Up” signs outside the terminals to meet your driver. Taxis are also available at designated ranks in front of each terminal, with Bell Cab as the airport’s exclusive taxi provider. If you prefer shuttles, many local hotels offer courtesy services, and ONT Connect shuttle buses run frequently, connecting the airport to nearby Metrolink stations. To use ONT Connect, download the Metrolink Mobile App, purchase your train ticket with ONT Connect as your origin, and board the shuttle at either terminal.
